01 — What A Class Is

One class.
Four parts.

Every class moves through the same four blocks, so you get better at all of it, not just the part you like.

  1. 01
    Coach correcting a member's stance

    Technique

Stance, footwork and the punches. Every class starts with the fundamentals.

  2. 02
    Member working the heavy bag

    Bagwork

Real combinations on the heavy bag and the uppercut bag.

  3. 03
    Strength work on the floor

    Strength

Weighted and bodyweight work. Legs, core, the muscles that make a punch.

  4. 04
    The cardio floor

    Conditioning

Intervals to build the engine. Rounds, not laps.

02 — Real Boxing

The actual sport,
without the contact.

Craft was founded by professional fighter George Foreman III. His coaches have trained fighters at every level. In a group class you never hit anyone and nobody hits you. You learn to box.

The ring under the Ali mural

Train hard next to people who want the same thing. That's most of it.

Craft is a community built on the idea that people can change their lives through boxing training. Whatever you're dealing with, the gym gives you the tools and the people to work on it.

03 — First Time At Craft

Three things
to know.

  1. All levels
    01

    All levels

Classes challenge you whatever your fitness or experience. Beginners train next to people who've boxed for years.

  2. Gloves and wraps
    02

    Gloves and wraps

Gloves are at the front desk for your first class. After that we sell wraps and gloves in the club.

  3. Come early
    03

    Come early

Ten minutes before your first class to check in, meet your coach and get your hands wrapped. Fifteen if you're buying gloves.
