02 — More Than Boxing

Coaches who are
mentors first.

Our coaches train real fighters. With kids, boxing is the vehicle. What they're really teaching is how to carry yourself.

  • Confidence.

Learning to throw a real punch, and to take coaching, changes how a kid walks into a room.

  • Discipline.

Show up, wrap your hands, do the work. The same routine every class until it's a habit they own.

  • Respect.

For the coach, for the kid on the next bag, for the sport. Non-negotiable in our gym.

  • Focus.

An hour with no phone, one task at a time, and a coach watching every rep.

No sparring. No fighting. Ever.

Coaches hold the mitts. Kids throw the punches.

03 — What a Class Is

One hour.
Three parts.

Every youth class follows the same shape, so kids know what to expect and get better week over week. Groups are split by age and skill.

  1. 01

    Technique & footwork

Stance, guard, the jab, the cross, how to move. The real fundamentals, taught slowly and repeated until they stick.

  2. 02

    Mitts & bags

Coaches hold mitts for every kid, every class. Combinations on the heavy bags build timing, power and confidence.

  3. 03

    Strength & conditioning

Bodyweight strength, jump rope, footwork drills and games. Kids leave tired, stronger and in a better mood.

05 — For Parents

Questions parents ask.

Led by George Foreman III. Anything else, call or text (818) 237-4850.

Is it safe? Do they hit each other?
No. There is no sparring or contact between kids at any level. They punch mitts and bags with a coach, and the coach controls the whole room.
How does the free class work?
Book any youth class on the schedule above. Arrive ten minutes early, meet the coach, and your child trains with the group. No card needed.
How does pricing work?
Four options: one class ($45), a 12-class pack ($420), a 24-class pack ($720) or Youth Unlimited at $199 a month. Packs never expire. Unlimited is month to month, cancel any time.
What do they get out of it besides boxing?
Confidence, discipline, respect and focus, taught by coaches who treat the job as mentoring. The boxing is how we get there.
What does my child need to bring?
Workout clothes, sneakers and water. We provide gloves and wraps for the first class and can help you pick a pair when they're ready.
How are the kids grouped?
By age first, then by experience. An eight-year-old on day one isn't drilled alongside a sixteen-year-old who's been here two years.
Can I watch?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay in the gym during class, or train themselves if you're a member.

Their first class is free.

Book a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday class, show up ten minutes early, and we'll take it from there.
